Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By signing in and submitting a story on this platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Who Can Use This Platform

This platform is open to anyone who can sign in using a supported method. Users must be 13 years of age or older. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. What You Can Submit

You may submit personal stories, reflections, and lived experiences. Content must be written by you and must relate to real personal experience. Fictional stories, promotional content, or content submitted on behalf of another person without their consent are not permitted. Before submitting, you must confirm that you have removed all names, company names, addresses, phone numbers, and private personal information from your story.

4. What You Cannot Submit

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and account block:

• Content that harasses, threatens, or demeans any individual or group
• Hate speech based on race, gender, religion, sexuality, or any other protected characteristic
• Sexually explicit or graphic violent content
• Content that includes another person's private information without their consent
• Spam, promotional material, or AI-generated content falsely presented as personal experience
• Content that violates any applicable law

5. Content Licence

You retain ownership of the story you submit. By submitting, you grant Tiffany a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to read, reference, discuss, and share your story across TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, brand-sponsored content, and any future platforms she uses — in line with your anonymity preference. This does not mean she will use your story — it means she may. You may delete your story at any time, which stops any future use. If your story has already been publicly referenced in Tiffany's content, that past use is not affected — deletion prevents future use only.

6. Anonymity

If you choose to post anonymously, your name, email, and profile photo are hidden from Tiffany's dashboard entirely — not just from the public. Tiffany cannot identify you from an anonymous submission. Your anonymous story may be referenced in Tiffany's content without identifying you. If you opted in to the private contact feature, your email is visible to Tiffany for that submission only — this is your choice, made at submission time.

7. Tiffany's Rights as Platform Owner

Tiffany reserves the right to delete any submission that violates these Terms and block any account engaging in abusive behaviour. Deletion of a submission by Tiffany does not affect your right to request full account erasure — both actions are independent. Tiffany may modify or discontinue the platform at any time. She is not obligated to use, respond to, or acknowledge any submitted story.

8. No Guarantee of Use

Submitting a story does not guarantee it will be read, responded to, or used in any content. The platform is a tool for Tiffany to discover and use stories she selects — not a direct messaging service.

9. Limitation of Liability

This platform is provided as-is. Tiffany and the platform developer are not liable for any loss, emotional distress, or damage arising from use of the platform. You use the platform at your own discretion.

10. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated over time. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the updated terms. The date of last update will always be shown on the Terms page.
