Who We Are

This platform is operated by Tiffany via stories.officialtiffanynicole.com. It is a private storytelling space created for Tiffany's community. Stories submitted here are read exclusively by Tiffany and are never shared publicly without her personal decision to reference them in her content.

What Information We Collect

When you sign in, we receive your account identifier, display name, and email address. This is used only to identify your account and prevent abuse. When you submit a story, we store the story content, the date and time of submission, your anonymity preference, and — if you opted in — your contact email for private follow-up. We do not collect location data, device information, payment information, or anything not listed here.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used only to operate this platform: to sign you in, to store your submission in Tiffany's private dashboard, and to respect your anonymity or naming preference. Your email address is never used for marketing, newsletters, or any communication you did not explicitly agree to.

Anonymous Submissions

If you choose to post anonymously, your name, email address, and profile photo are hidden from Tiffany's view. Your story appears in her dashboard labeled "Anonymous." A hidden internal reference links your submission to your account for abuse prevention only — this reference is never visible to Tiffany or anyone else. Tiffany cannot identify who you are from an anonymous submission unless you separately opted in to the private contact feature.

Content Licence

By submitting a story, you grant Tiffany a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to read, reference, discuss, and share your story across TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, brand-sponsored content, and any future platforms she uses — in line with your anonymity preference. This does not mean she will use your story — it means she may. You retain ownership of your story. You may delete your story at any time, which stops any future use. If your story has already been publicly referenced, that past use is not affected by deletion.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party. The only external service involved in authentication is Google Sign-In. Your data is hosted on a private server managed by the platform's developer — no third-party infrastructure company has access to it. If email magic-link sign-in is enabled in the future, an email delivery service would also be used, for sending login links only — it would not store your stories or any personal information beyond the email address used to sign in.

Your Rights

• Right to delete your story:You can delete any story you submitted at any time from your personal submissions page. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and it is removed from Tiffany's dashboard too.
• Right to view your submissions: You can see all stories you have submitted by visiting your submissions page while signed in.
• Right to full account erasure:You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the account menu (click your avatar, then "Delete Account") — this is immediate, permanent, and removes every story you've submitted. You can also request deletion by contacting us at contact@officialtiffanynicole.com.
• Right to correct: You can delete a submitted story and resubmit a corrected version at any time before it has been used in content.

Platform Owner's Right to Remove Content

Tiffany may delete any submission that violates the Terms of Use. If Tiffany removes a story, this does not affect your right to request full account erasure — both actions are independent. A story removed by Tiffany is gone from the platform; a full erasure request removes any remaining account information as well.

Data Security

All data is stored in an encrypted database. Access is restricted so that only Tiffany's authenticated dashboard account can view submitted stories. All connections to the platform use encryption at all times.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in during your visit. This cookie is essential for the platform to work and does not track you anywhere else. We do not use advertising cookies or any third-party tracking.

Governing Law

This platform is designed to comply with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR principles, regardless of where users are located. The specific governing jurisdiction will be confirmed and added here prior to public launch.
